A desert botanical oasis awaits at Peyote in Ferguson’s Downtown Motel. Surrounded by succulents and an art installation of LED string lights hanging overhead, Latin American-inspired brunch, happy hour, and dinner can be enjoyed on the retro open-air patio. The charming location features live-fire elements – an open grill and a communal fire pit surrounded by seats and couches to lounge. Day or night, Peyote’s desert charm and laid-back ambiance frame the boutique restaurant and bar’s spacious patio.

A 7-foot pink neon monkey clinging to the restaurant and bar’s exterior captures the eclectic energy of La Mona Rosa. Located in Fremont East’s Entertainment District at 100 S. Sixth St, La Mona Rosa serves a blend of traditional and new cuisines to create a progressive Mexican menu full of robust flavor authentic to the region. A streetside patio, an indoor/outdoor dining room, and a bar provide several seating options and places to enjoy the vibrant downtown atmosphere. Brunch offers a fun and flavorful experience with oversized plates, including papas con chorizo, pork chorizo with fingerling potatoes, sunny side eggs, pinto-refried beans, and salsa molcajete. Founded in Los Angeles, General Admission brings chef-driven cuisine and craft cocktails to Southwest Las Vegas at UnCommons. Each seat in the high-energy house provides a prime view of any game, with a 1,950 sq. ft. outdoor patio with multiple TVs. Made fresh in-house daily, signature dishes include Tokyo Street tots, crispy tater tots, Japanese-style sauces, scallions, nori, togarashi, and sesame seeds. General Admission offers fresh, made-to-order sushi rolls, such as the Godzilla crunch roll, spicy tuna, salmon, avocado topped with Serrano Chiles, wasabi, and pickled ginger. AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, the new neighborhood eatery at UnCommons, offers a spacious patio with a picturesque view of the mixed-use community’s lively quad area. Visitors can meet friends or family for happy hour or dinner in the energetic bar, lounge, and spacious patio. AMARI’s happy hour features a combination of light dishes and refreshing beverages, while the dinner menu is full of seasonal selections like pappardelle with roasted mushroom, taleggio cream golden yolk and Parmigiano; short rib served with crispy potatoes, carrots, taleggio, and salsa verde; and their fan-favorite house-made focaccia featuring garlic miso, basil pesto, Calabrian honey, and whipped ricotta dipping sauces.

La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway, located at Wynn Las Vegas, is an ideal destination for spring dining with an intimate lounge, dining room, and indoor/outdoor garden room and terrace. The open-air design brings the outdoors inside with views of Wynn’s lush gardens and pool and a floor-to-ceiling ‘living wall’ filled with colorful succulents. An intimate dining room is framed along one side with a second bar and a third room; a bright garden dining room with an indoor-outdoor patio offers picturesque views of Wynn’s lush pool area as well as a view of the Las Vegas Strip’s newest attraction, The Sphere. In addition to the ambiance, guests can enjoy small plates inspired by global flavors, such as beef carpaccio, beef filet crostini, charred octopus, and salmon sashimi.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, located within Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino in Henderson, serves sophisticated Tuscan-style fare in a bright and lively setting, The menu is bountiful with antipasti, salads, fresh fish, and specialty pasta dishes complemented with wines from all around the world. Bottiglia’s expansive outdoor patio offers plenty of space for relaxing and socializing during weekend brunch, happy hour, or dinner. Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, Clique Hospitality’s immersive new Mexican restaurant at the recently opened Durango Casino & Resort, showcases the diverse, tantalizing flavors of coastal Mexico presented through an unconventional lens. Mijo’s cuisine is highlighted by sizzling fajitas, prime meats, grilled whole fish, to-die-for ceviche, and weekend bottomless brunch, including bottomless mimosas, Aperol spritz, and micheladas, each priced at $24 with a two-hour limit.
