CliQue Bar & Lounge Introduces Special Mother’s Day Menu Featuring Rose for All Mothers
CliQue Bar & Lounge, the upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will celebrate moms on Mother’s Day with a featured cocktail and wine menu, available only on Sunday, May 12.
With doors opening at 4 p.m., the bubbly selections include Telmont Réserve Rosé and Brut champagne. The celebratory menu will also feature two craft cocktails, including the classic French 75, an elegant mix of Botanist gin with a splash of lemon juice and simple syrup, topped with champagne, and the fruity bella spritz, made with prosecco and elderflower liqueur with a frozen cranberry garnish.
At CliQue Bar & Lounge, our tableside mixology presentations and high-end service create a unique experience for any occasion. With an evolving menu of over-the-top cocktails, featured specials, and shareable plates, guests can indulge their palates and savor the luxury at the lounge, located just off the casino floor. Treat Mom to a Fiesta of Flavor at Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant This Mother’s Day
Celebrate mom at Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, southwest Las Vegas’ hip new dining destination, located at Durango Casino & Resort. To honor both Mexican Mother’s Day, on Friday, May 10, and American Mother’s Day, on Sunday, May 12, Mijo will offer a menu of specialty dishes and cocktails that make mom feel like a queen.
Mijo’s Mother’s Day menu will offer delectable selections, including watermelon agua chile made with Mexican shrimp, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, watermelon, and serrano; grilled Chilean sea bass paired with spring asparagus, blistered tomatoes, guajillo chili, and lemon butter sauce; and mangonada featuring mango sorbet, tamarind chili sauce, and Tajín crunch. The menu will also include two specialty cocktails – La Madre, crafted with Tres Añejo, Licor 43 Chocolate, Cointreau and crème de coconut; and Néctar de Noche, made with Roku Gin, peach purée and Wycliffe sparkling wine.
Mijo’s full menu will also be available, with favorites including chicken suiza enchiladas made with slow-cooked chicken, Oaxaca, swiss cheese and tomatillo salsa; and butter poached lobster tacos with Maine lobster, chipotle aioli, cabbage, onion, avocado and tomatillo salsa. Guests can also enjoy Mijo’s Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, featuring favorites like huevos benedictinos made with seasoned ham, avocado, poached egg and chili hollandaise. Churro French toast with brioche bread, tres leches custard, fresh strawberry, guava syrup and horchata icing.
