Borracha Mexican Cantina located inside Henderson’s Green Valley Ranch has a menu of Mexican-inspired dishes and a vast selection of drinks including cervezas, tequila and specialty cocktails. For those looking to get hot and spicy, Borracha offers chipotle buffalo wings served with tomatillo ranch and fresh vegetables, priced at $18. To create a dynamic duo, guests can pair the delicious wings with the signature cocktail heat of the moment made with Patron Reposado tequila, Fresno chili, lime, agave nectar and a cinnamon sugar rim.

This authentic Mexican-style restaurant Cabo Wabo Cantina, found inside the Miracle Mile Shops at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino understands the need for spice with the El Santo. Made with Sammy’s very own Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, OJ and pineapple juice, chipotle pepper and agave. Is served on the rocks and hits the spot for one’s spicy needs. For those looking to keep the heat going Cabo offers the Cilantro jalapeño chicken grilled breast with jalapeño, pistachio cilantro pesto, onion, pepper jack cheese and jalapeño ranch, served over a Mexican squash with roasted corn, tomatoes, poblano peppers and topped with crispy onions.

At Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Summerlin, guests can drink their spice on National Hot & Spicy Day with the cucumber jalapeño margarita. Made with 21 Seeds cucumber jalapeño infused tequila, house lemon lime mix, Triple Sec and served with a Tajín rim, this drink is as refreshing as is it spicy. If that is not enough kick, guests can indulge in the Artichoke and Jalapeños con Queso. This unique recipe uses a special blend of melted cheeses, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeño served on a warm ceramic skillet, big enough to share.

Inspired by the flavors of Mexico Mijo Modern Mexican Restaurant, found inside the Durango Casino & Resort, combines spice and flavor perfect for National Hot & Spicy Day. Guest can awaken their tastebuds with some fire-roasted shrimp tacos made with grilled shrimp, cabbage, chipotle aioli, pico de gallo and fire-roasted salsa. The spice does not stop there as guests can pair the fiery tacos with Mijo’s spicy mango margarita. Made with Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, Grand Marnier, mango juice and agave, this drink is a great balance of sweet and spicy.

Built on the foundations of Korean cooking and flavors, the venue’s signature Atomic Chicken Sandwich features crispy, double-fried chicken with lettuce, kewpie mayo and spicy “Atomic” sauce, priced at $16.
