As the city prepares for the annual Las Vegas Pride Festival, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, welcomes all to kick off the festivities with a week of parties, art, entertainment and special activations, all dedicated to celebrating the local LGBTQ+ community. Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is partnering with iconic local clubs, Piranha and Gipsy, to present several events, including special performances by famed drag queens, Latrice Royale and Alyssa Edwards, at 24 Oxford.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is a proud partner of The Center, a local nonprofit that provides resources and guidance to members of the LGBTQ+ community in need. Throughout the month of October, a percentage of profits from these events and other offerings will go to the organization.
Latrice Royale will take the stage at 24 Oxford on Friday, Oct. 11, at 9 pm. In Terms and Conditions May Vary, Latrice Royale brings a whole new side of herself to Las Vegas with this new One-Queen-Show! Fresh off her hit run as “Audrey II” in the Ogunquit Playhouse production of “Little Shop of Horrors”, this RuPaul’s Drag Race legend will put a lighthearted magnifying glass on relationships, partnerships, situationships, and everything in between. Mama is going to spill all the tea about her past breakups, and even share some personal details about her current one! With her husband Christopher Hamblin at the piano, Latrice’s live vocals will be on full display and not to be missed. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Latrice Royale experience without her taking you to church in a good old fashioned lip-sync, too.

Alyssa Edwards’ performance at 24 Oxford will take place Saturday, Oct. 12, at 9:30 pm.Before her television debut, Edwards was a gifted dance instructor and accomplished performer in the drag pageantry scene before rising to international prominence on the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She returned to the franchise in Season 2 of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars. Edwards resides in Mesquite, Texas, where she owns and runs an award-winning dance studio, Beyond Belief Dance Company. Edwards is currently representing The United States on the premier season of RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars, with new episodes streaming every Friday through Oct. 25, 2024. Before her show at 24 Oxford, Edwards will host a meet-and-greet with fans. Meet-and-greet passes are limited and can be purchased as an add-on while available. In addition to these shows at 24 Oxford, coastal Italian restaurant, Kassi Beach House, is also partnering withPiranha and Gipsy to host its Pride House Party on Wednesday, Oct. 9.The party starts at 7 pm with a live DJ and drink specials beginning at 9 pm.
Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is proud to partner with the Las Vegas Arts District to present a Pride Art Mixer, showcasing art and creations from local LGBTQ+ artistson Thursday, Oct. 10, at 8 pm in The Shag Room.
The property’s popular boozy tea party The Shag Room will also host a special iteration of the event to celebrate this Pride-filled week. Daddy’s Upside Down Tea Party will take place on Sunday, Oct. 13, from 12 pm to 4 pm. Guests are invited to turn traditional teatime on its head with unique, boozy tea pots, creative finger foods and live entertainment by Elise Victoria. Reservations can be made here.
