On Monday night, Oct. 21, HRC Las Vegas will be the charity to receive the $10,000 donation from Mark Shunock and the gang. Its website says: “HRC Las Vegas is a dedicated team of volunteers who use their experience and talents to develop a more affirming, inclusive and equitable community.”
For 11 years, Shunock and his Mondays Dark crew has helped raise $10,000 every other Monday night (or twice a month) for Las Vegas charities. It is one of the most affordable entertainment options in town, with tickets starting at $20. And it is for a good cause. The shows feature Las Vegas singers, dancers and comedians. Shunock even interviews a community celebrity on his new segment, Road Case Conversations.
