ANNIE to Spread Sunshine at Las Vegas Little Theatre this holiday season
The beloved story of a spunky orphan (Julia McLain) who lands a holiday stay with Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks (Skip Galla Katipunan), a billionaire trying to do some good, comes to life on the LVLT Main Stage just in time for the holidays.
This delightful musical has become a worldwide phenomenon and is the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The acclaimed book and score by Tony Award-winners Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse, and Martin Charnin feature some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including “Tomorrow.”
ANNIE is helmed by Director/Choreographer April Sauline, with Musical Director Susan Easter and Assistant Choreographer Jesse Miles leading a cast of 10 kids, 17 adults, and two canines.
The design team is Ron Lindblom (Scenic), Julie Horton and Dusty Shaffer (Costumes), Ginny Adams (Lighting), and Ernest Medina, Mike Olson and Lisa Tollefson (Sound).
ANNIE plays on the main stage live Nov. 29 to Dec. 22 at Las Vegas Little Theatre located at 3920 Schiff Drive, Las Vegas, NV with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. (new start time) and Sundays at 2 p.m. Three Saturday matinees will be on Dec 7, 14, 21 at 2 p.m.
Tickets are $35 and can be purchased at www.lvlt.org or by calling the box office during normal box office hours.
