Family and friends can come together at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower this Thanksgiving to indulge in a variety of elevated dishes and drinks for the holiday at Top of the World, PT’s Wings & Sports, STRAT Café and McCall’s Heartland Grill, available Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s iconic 360-degree rotating restaurant, will offer a selection of specialty dishes with traditional holiday flavors, including maple chipotle sweet potato chowder with apple cranberry chutney and bacon lardons, priced at $18; cider brined roast turkey accompanied by roasted andouille stuffing, cracked pepper and brie mornay and brown sugar whipped acorn squash, priced at $54; and salted caramel apple crumble cake with cream cheese frosting, priced at $17. Top of the World’s complete menu of steaks, seafood and seasonal dishes will be available as well.
PT’s Wings & Sports will serve an array of holiday-inspired dishes and drinks, including fried turkey wings with the choice of chipotle ranch or two sauces, priced at $12 for 1.5 pounds, $17 for 2.5 pounds and $21 for 3.5 pounds; spinach salad with apples, candied pecans and shallot vinaigrette, priced at $8; an “All the Fixings” entree complete with chipotle-marinated turkey breast, honey-glazed ham, mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots, stuffing and cranberry compote, priced at $28; pumpkin pie with whipped cream, priced at $9; and Samuel Adams Jack-O Pumpkin Ale, priced at $8. Guests may order the spinach salad, “All the Fixings,” and pumpkin pie as a three-course meal, priced at $39, or á la carte.
STRAT Café will feature festive specials, including corn chowder with charred corn, roasted peppers and cream, priced at $8; a “Mom’s Dinner” entree featuring turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams, green beans and cranberry relish, priced at $24; and pumpkin pie with Cool Whip, priced at $8. Guests may order the trio as a three-course meal, priced at $35, or á la carte.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a turkey feast featuring cherry wood-smoked turkey, sausage and herb stuffing, mashed potatoes, haricot verts casserole, spiced cranberry sauce, and gravy. The feast will be accompanied by pumpkin hand pies with spiced crème anglaise, priced at $49. A suggested pairing of 2020 Etude Pinot Noir from Carneros, California, with hints of caramel and spiced clove, will be priced at $12.
