The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower has introduced a full reinvention of the iconic property since Golden Entertainment, Inc. took ownership in late 2017. Located on the north Strip at the gateway to the Arts District at 2000 S. Las Vegas Blvd., the hotel offers 2,427 guest rooms, including the newly remodeled “Elevate” series rooms and suites and an 80,000-square-foot casino. The 1,149-foot STRAT Tower is comprised of Top of the World, serving award-winning cuisine in a 360-degree rotating dining room on the 106th floor; the Observation Deck, which offers SkyJump, 108 Eats and 108 Drinks, located on the 108th floor.

CHĪ Asian Kitchen

Sunday to Thursday, 4 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 4 to 11 p.m.

Taken from the Chinese word meaning “eat,” CHĪ serves an array of authentic and reimagined Chinese and other Asian dishes. Reminiscent of a bustling Chinese alley restaurant, the street-inspired interior includes a variety of traditional and unique design touches and décor. CHĪ offers a wide variety of traditional dishes, including honey walnut shrimp, crafted with sweetened mayo and candied walnuts; braised mushroom yee fu noodles, made with spicy braised mushrooms, bok choy and crispy garlic; and bulgogi fried rice, made with shaved marinated ribeye, kimchi, mushrooms and a sunny-side up egg, among others. Wednesday, Jan. 29: CHĪ Asian Kitchen will celebrate Lunar New Year with specialty items, including,  SHÉ PÍ cocktail crafted with Patron El Cielo Tequila, yuzu, ginger, honey and coconut clarification, priced at $17; duck noodle soup and tri-color dumplings, priced at $45; and Gochujang glaze pork belly with blistered asparagus kimchi fried rice, priced at $22.

McCall’s Heartland Grill 

Sunday, Monday and Thursday 4 to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday, 4 to 11 p.m.

Contemporary yet comfortable, McCall’s features an array of steaks, seafood, pasta, and specialty items, as well as a refined wine list, bourbons from the American whiskey trail, and signature cocktails. Nunzio’s Pizzeria

PT’s Wings & Sports is a favored destination for both Las Vegas locals and visitors, providing an ideal spot to catch the games while savoring burgers, over-the-top bites and a wide selection of craft beers and house brews. The restaurant has recently expanded its offerings to include a selection of refreshing cocktails and rich breakfast dishes such as omelets, waffles, and other entrées, which are now available on Sundays. Every seat provides a prime view of multiple sporting events and betting odds, displayed on an 8’ x 28’ LED wall and an 11-foot x 25-foot LED screen behind the bar, plus 10 HDTVs throughout the restaurant and beer hall. The STRAT Café serves elevated comfort cuisine, including the crispy chicken biscuit made with sausage gravy, bacon, choice of eggs and cheddar cheese; French toast made with Texas toast topped with powdered sugar and served with maple syrup and whipped butter; the straight up cheeseburger made with a ½ lb. beef patty, American cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and mayo; New York steak and fries; and a 12 oz. Choice New York steak with parmesan truffle fries and cracked peppercorn sauce. The contemporary atmosphere honors the nearby Las Vegas Arts District with works by local artists. 108 Eats serves reimagined panini sandwiches, cookies, ice cream and popcorn. Surrounded by stunning views, it is located on Level 108 of the Tower. More information is available here.

  • Sky High Happy Hour
    • Available from 3 to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, the happy hour with iconic views features food selections including an artisan cheese plate with local honey, fresh fruit, artisan cheeses and lavash; house-made hummus served with taro root and sweet potato chips; fresh baked mozzarella cheese served with crostini and tomato sauce; and bacon-wrapped dates served with Boursin cheese, bacon and spiced jelly.
