Gipsy’s renowned “Ultra Brunch” will now take center stage every Saturday as the ultimate kickoff to the weekend. “Ultra Brunch” is a high-energy experience that features local drag queens and performers alongside an ever-changing roster of special guest queens who have appeared on “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
With jaw-dropping performances, stunning costumes, and a rotating cast, no two Saturdays will ever be the same. Guests can expect a blend of classic drag glamor and bold, contemporary artistry that has made “Ultra Brunch” a standout in Las Vegas. From pancakes, bacon, eggs, donuts, eclairs, and macarons, guests will enjoy a variety of brunch favorites while staying hydrated with bottomless mimosas.
“We’re excited to bring “Ultra Brunch” to Saturdays in 2025,” said Mike Tafoya, entertainment director for Gipsy. “This new day and time will allow even more guests to experience the magic of our brunch show. With fresh performances, guest stars, and all the mimosas you can drink, Saturdays at Gipsy are about to become the hottest ticket in town.”
