Lucia, the bold, new Mexican restaurant inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is cranking up the flavor and bringing the fiesta this Cinco de Mayo weekend with an inaugural three-day Flavors of the Fifth celebration, featuring a decadent brunch, bottomless mimosas, a juicy dinner special and live music to keep the vibes going, from Saturday, May 3, through Monday, May 5.
Daily from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., guests can enjoy Lucia’s Fiesta Brunch offerings featuring an à la carte selection of popular dishes such as huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and carne asada con huevos, paired with bottomless mimosas and a vibrant dining atmosphere.
Each evening, starting at 5 p.m., guests can enjoy a limited special: Watermelon BBQ Glazed Ribs. These feature baby back ribs with a sweet and tangy watermelon-tamarind glaze, paired with coconut slaw and a street corn rib, for $27.
Additionally, DJ Sugatone will keep the energy vibrant, delivering high-energy music during dinner service on Monday, May 5.
Lucia offers a vibrant dining experience with a modern, innovative twist on traditional Mexican flavors, inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The menu crafted by Executive Chef Noe Alcala features an expansive array of signature dishes, including queso birria tacos, fire-grilled arrachera and ribeye agua chile, along with refreshing cocktails and premium spirits from a full-service bar. Lucia features a dynamic blend of indoor dining and an open-air patio, which overlooks the resort’s stunning pool. This spacious 6,866-square-foot venue is filled with colorful flower walls, Día de los Muertos-inspired murals and rustic wood and iron accents, creating the perfect backdrop for anything from stylish dinners to private events. Lucia’s dynamic Fiesta Brunch, combines popular breakfast classics with a Mexican twist, paired alongside bottomless mimosas and live music, available from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
