The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower will honor the moms in guests’ lives with an elevated dining experience above the Las Vegas Strip. Top of the World Steakhouse will host a spectacular Mother’s Day champagne brunch, followed by a curated dinner menu in the evening. Additionally, McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer an exclusive three-course holiday menu.

Mother’s Day at Top of the World Steakhouse will offer an expansive brunch featuring gourmet selections across multiple stations. The seafood bar will include peel-on shrimp with cilantro and garlic aioli; snow crab with cocktail sauce; oyster shooters in a zesty Bloody Mary mix; lobster pan roast served with white rice or linguine; jambalaya with chicken, mussels and smoked sausage; cioppino in a spicy tomato broth with ciabatta; and smoked salmon and mini bagels with onion, cream cheese, tomato, capers, dill and lemon. The customizable omelet station will offer unique ingredients such as crab meat, baby spinach, ham, feta cheese and more, alongside featured omelets including lobster with red pepper and mornay sauce; short rib with roasted onions and peppers; and a Southwest veggie version with roasted poblano peppers, corn and cheddar. A carving station will feature slow-roasted prime rib and glazed ham. Salad will include grilled apple and kale, Caprese and traditional Caesar. Hot entrées will consist of crab cake eggs Benedict with lemon and chive hollandaise; garlic butter shrimp over linguine; blackened halibut with succotash and citrus beurre blanc; and medallions of beef tenderloin with crab meat and béarnaise. To follow the savory selections, guests can treat themselves to an assortment of sweet offerings featuring a fresh fruit display, strawberry cheesecake French toast, vegan coconut parfait, and an extraordinary miniature dessert display. To complete the experience, an assortment of breakfast pastries will also be available, including items such as muffins and house-made biscuits with whipped butter and jams. Brunch will be offered from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., priced at $129 per adult and $39 for children under 8.

In the evening, Top of the World Steakhouse will offer specialty dinner dishes exclusively available for the holiday, in addition to the full regular menu. The specialty items include bruschetta de burrata featuring roasted garlic baguette, roasted tomato tapenade, fresh burrata, balsamic pearls and basil oil, priced at $19; an entrée of bucatini al pollo, bucatini pasta with roasted chicken, red peppers, spinach, baby bella mushrooms and champagne cream priced at $59; and a raspberry tiramisu, layered with mascarpone cream, raspberry marmalade and Chambord-infused lady fingers, priced at $18. Reservations for dinner will be available from 3:45 to 10 p.m.

The STRAT’s esteemed McCall’s Grill will also honor moms with a special three-course holiday menu priced at $64. The featured entrée will be seared mahi mahi paired with a crispy pan-fried crab cake served alongside brown sugar-glazed smoked pineapple and grilled asparagus. For dessert, guests may enjoy a chocolate-covered strawberry bombé made with marbled cake, a rich chocolate center and strawberry mousse. For a special touch to the dinner, guests can complement the dish with a glass of Dao Chardonnay from Paso Robles, offering a tropical bouquet of mango, pineapple and golden apple with subtle notes of vanilla and toasted hazelnut, available for $13.
