Ripping up the rulebook on refined, Caspian’s blends indulgences with a shot of rockstar swagger, where elegance collides with edge. The rebellious spirit is boldly showcased in the lounge’s Caviar Karaoke, where every Wednesday, guests are invited to sip, snack and slay on stage with a live band as they belt out their favorite rock anthems. In celebration of the “Kelly Clarkson: Studio Sessions” residency at The Colosseum, Caspian’s is turning Caviar Karaoke up for a run of limited-time “Kellyoke” nights. Each night begins with a live acoustic set at 8 p.m. followed by onstage karaoke with a live band starting at 10:30 p.m. Guests can boot-scoot and live out their dreams of stardom with an expanded karaoke setlist featuring country favorites and Clarkson’s greatest hits.

To complete the evening, Caspian’s is offering a menu of limited-time libations including the Since You’ve Been Gone, a refreshing mix of Grey Goose la Poire, cucumber, thyme syrup and lemon; the Stronger, a smooth cocktail of strawberry-infused Tanqueray, Aperol, bitters, simple syrup and lemon; and the Kelly, a sweet and bubbly blend of Monkey 47, honey pomegranate and prosecco, rimmed with a pom-sugar; all priced at $25. The cocktails make for an excellent pairing with Caspian’s elevated comfort food favorites like the deviled eggs made with yuzu aioli and sriracha, then topped with caviar, crispy shallots and micro chervil; or the Caspian’s Chips & Dip, Kaluga caviar with house-made French onion dip and served with Pringles for a rebellious twist.

The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday.  More information about Caspian’s is available on the website at www.CaspiansLV.com, as well as on InstagramTikTok and Facebook at @caspianslv.
