Bar Boheme and Petite Boheme are leaning into their French roots this weekend with back-to-back celebrations for National French Fry Day and Bastille Day.
The second Friday (fry-day?) of July is National French Fry Day, and hey, Bar Boheme is here for it. Not just because it’s a French place, but because of the obsessive care they put into their Frites, a four-step process that begins with fresh Kennebec potatoes, blanched, frozen, fried not once but twice, and then finished with beef tallow and sea salt. If you haven’t tried them, Friday would be the day! ($14).

That rolls straight into Bastille Day weekend, and the celebration will continue as follows:
Over the weekend (starting Saturday): Executive Pastry Chef Jake Yergensen (just returned from a special baking class in Paris) will be creating a special Mille Feuille with caramelized puff pastry, vanilla diplomat creme and caramel to offer through Monday evening at Bar Boheme ($13) while at Petite Boheme, Bar Manager Jonah Gibbs will offer a frozen strawberry daiquiri special called “Rage Contre La Machine” garnished by a French Flag, bien sur.
On Monday, Bar Boheme will offer a special celebratory four-course Prix Fixe menu, including the mille feuille ($74), while Petite Boheme will offer their Happy Hour menu all night, including $5 beer and $8 martinis and boulevardiers.
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, Bar Boheme is a modern French brasserie from James Trees. Blending urban glamor with French Riviera charm, the 120-seat restaurant features a vibrant dining room, open terrace, and a menu rooted in classic French technique with contemporary flair—think Steak Frites, Sole Veronique, and a customizable fruit de mer ‘Movable Feast.’ Open nightly from 5–11 p.m., Bar Boheme offers a refined yet relaxed experience, complemented by French wines, classic cocktails, and a setting designed for both everyday dinners and special celebrations.
Petite Boheme is a bold, art-infused cocktail bar channeling bohemian charm and Parisian flair into the heart of downtown Las Vegas. The latest venture from acclaimed Chef James Trees and Managing Partner Keith Bracewell, this 1,400-square-foot hideaway sits tucked behind its sister restaurant, Bar Boheme, blending industrial grit with playful elegance.
With a beverage program led by Bar Director Jonah Gibbs, guests can expect French-inspired cocktails with daring twists—think bergamot-kissed creations and boldly bitter Negroni riffs—paired with crave-able small plates. Petite Boheme’s vibrant murals, unapologetic personality, and neighborhood-first ethos create a space that feels like a well-kept secret—where sipping, snacking, and lingering come naturally. It’s not just a cocktail bar. It’s happy hour, reimagined—and très chic.
