Galpão Gaucho courtesy of Galpao Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse

Galpão Gaucho Brazilian Steakhouse in Las Vegas will be open for Independence Day on Thursday, July 4. Galpão Gaucho will offer the Rodizio experience featuring all-day specials for $75 per person. Guests will also have the opportunity to savor their latest luxurious offering, the 24-karat Golden Steak, as a complimentary addition to the Rodizio menu.

The Golden Steak, which is the noble part of the top sirloin, showcases the finest prime beef exquisitely enveloped in 24-karat gold foil and expertly seasoned with salt, all presented on a Himalayan Salt Block. Guests will be greeted by a bespoke cart while a skilled gaucho (meat chef) in a golden scarf artfully carves their opulent meat selection with a golden knife.

Galpão Gaucho offers an authentic southern Brazilian experience inspired by the centuries-old tradition of the Brazilian churrascaria, brought to North America by the Brazilian cowboy- the Gaucho. The menu features 18 magnificent cuts of meat, including Picanha – Galpão Gaucho’s signature cut of sirloin – grilled salmon, leg of lamb, parmesan-crusted pork loin, and chicken wrapped in bacon. The gourmet salad bar boasts over 40 items, including hearts of palm, imported cheeses, fresh fruit, and vegetables. Delectable side dishes include garlic mashed potatoes and caramelized bananas. Divine desserts are offered, such as Chocolate Molten, Brazilian Pudim, and Papaya Cream. Also, guests can pair their meal with a beverage such as the Caipirinha, known as the official cocktail of Brazil. In addition, an impressive wine selection is available.
