This fall, Vegas Theatre Company, 1025 S. 1st St., Suite 110, goes off the rails. “That Show About A Hot Dog” (CFACoLab + UNLV) gets weird. The “Abandon” team returns with the twisted “Urban Death.” “Ernest Hemmings brings Dijion,” and “A Night Of… Burlesque” keeps it hot every month.

“That Show About the Hot Dog” serves up a whimsical, offbeat journey with Wee Weenie Wiener (Wee Wee) and She She, two unlikely hot dog heroes in search of their ultimate frankfurter truth.
This multidisciplinary comedy from CFACoLab blends identity, diversity, and self-discovery with puppets, dance, music, and hot dog-inspired art. Each scene — cheekily titled a “DOG” — mixes effects, movement, and culinary chaos, leading to a bold, ketchup-covered finale that celebrates the cultural power of the hot dog. It’s weird, it’s wild, and it’s an All-You-Can-Eat theatrical feast.
