For burger lovers on the Las Vegas Strip, the grand opening of Redhead Burger brought an exciting flavor surprise. The new location in The Venetian Resort’s Grand Canal Shops opened on May 28, inviting everyone to a fun and flavorful event that marks a new chapter for the brand. As part of the grand opening, Redhead Burger created a lively atmosphere by offering free burgers to redheaded customers and those wearing red wigs. Guests also received hidden prize tickets with some orders.

Founded in October 2019 by two brothers and their father, Redhead Burger was built around a simple mission. They wanted to redefine fast food using premium ingredients and uncompromising quality. What began on the iconic Ocean Drive in Miami Beach quickly earned a devoted following thanks to its never-frozen beef, hand-cut fries, indulgent milkshakes, and crave-worthy smash burgers.

“Two redheads really own the restaurant,” laughed Redhead Burger Owner (and redhead) Sammy Moyyaner. “We never use frozen meat, and our food is always consistent. If you eat the same burger in Miami, you would eat the same burger in Las Vegas. It would be the same way we make our fries, and every single location will be consistent.”

Now, Las Vegas visitors and locals can experience the brand’s signature menu in a vibrant new setting designed to capture the fun and energy that made Redhead Burger a South Florida favorite. The restaurant features the company’s distinctive red-and-white décor, indoor and patio seating, and a social media-ready “burger couch” that invites guests to snap photos while enjoying their meals.

At the heart of the menu are Redhead Burger’s signature smash-style burgers, including the popular Hangover Burger with double patties, fried egg, apple-wood bacon and tater tots topped with Redhead sauce and served on a potato bun.

In addition to their crispy chicken sandwich and delicious mushroom burger, the menu features hand-cut fries, tater tots, and milkshakes in flavors like Dulce de Leche and Nutella to appeal to a wide range of palates. Combo meals include either fries or tater tots and a milkshake.

For guests trying Redhead Burger for the first time, Moyyaner suggests the classic burger (House blend patty, lettuce, tomatoes, Redhead sauce on a potato bun). “I believe that’s enough to get them coming back and wanting more.” As for its signature burger, “I would say it’s the Redhead burger. It has three patties, three slices of cheese, caramelized onions, special redhead sauce and pickles served on a potato bun.”

Located inside The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the center boasts 160 specialty brands and restaurants nestled in a faithful reproduction of Venice’s Grand Canal, complete with cobbled walkways, street-side cafes and live entertainment. For more information, visit www.grandcanalshoppes.com.
