Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar At Mandalay Bay Launches Bottomless Brunch
New brunch hours, bottomless mimosas, Bloody Mary cart and DJ
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay has introduced Bottomless Brunch. The dining and drinking destination for sports fans and foodies presents the new offering Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
The Bottomless Brunch menu features a selection of Starters, Breakfast of Champions items, Healthy Choices, Handhelds and From the Griddle offerings, including lox and cream cheese flatbread; caviar lobster rolls; smoked brisket chilaquiles; New York steak and eggs; avocado toast; kale salad; double wagyu smash burger; sourdough BLTE; Dutch baby cast iron pancakes; crème brûlée French toast with warm banana and walnut; and red velvet waffle dippers, among other delectable choices.
An expansive beer menu, beer towers, a Bloody Mary cart, bottomless Mimosas, large format cocktails, a DJ, and a highly curated environment elevate the brunch experience.
