Gipsy is transforming into a winter wonderland this December with the debut of the Fa La La Fabulous Holiday Bar. The festive pop-up brings a month-long celebration of “holi–gay cheer” with signature-themed cocktails, fabulous holiday decor, and lively events.
“To people in the LGBTQIA+ community, the holidays can sometimes feel isolating,” said Garrett Pattiani, Gipsy marketing director. “That’s why we’re thrilled to create a space where everyone can celebrate together—whether it’s making new memories, embracing old traditions, or just being surrounded by joy and belonging. It’s about home, love, and togetherness.”
Promising a merry and gay time, guests will be enchanted by six holiday-inspired cocktails and two festive shots crafted with Absolut vodka, Cogido 1530 tequila, Jameson, and Skrewball exclusively for the Fa La La Fabulous Holiday Bar experience.
- Cranberry Margarita– Codigo Blanco, fresh lime, cranberry agave. cranberry juice
- The Very Merry Maple– Jameson Black Barrel, maple syrup, fresh lemon, house apple cider, angostura bitters
- Spiced Orchard Sleigh– Absolut Vanilia, honey syrup, Fireball, lemon juice, house apple cider
- Christmas Tree Farm– Lillet Blanc, Beefeater Gin, St Germain, grapefruit juice
- Mr. Frostini– Kahlua White Chocolate Sips, Absolut Vanilia, blue curacao, amaretto
- Santa’s Sprinkle Cookie– Absolut Vanilla, Kahlua White Chocolate Sips, Fireball

In addition to the festive cocktail line, the Fa la la Fabulous Holiday Bar will feature themed weekend events, creating the perfect atmosphere for holiday revelry. Events include:

- Dec. 12– Find Your Claus LGBTQ+ Matchmaking event – find love under the mistletoe
- Dec. 13–14– Onesie Night – cozy up and celebrate the weekend in your favorite onesie
- Dec. 19– Holiday Hot Mic Karaoke – bring the holiday cheer to the mic
- Dec. 20– Live Holiday Music with Estevan and Cierra – a night of soulful holiday tunes
- Dec. 21– Naughty Santa Night – the spiciest night of the season
- Dec. 22– Holiday Ultra Brunch – the cast of Gipsy performing festive favorites
