Clique Hospitality, renowned for its vibrant dining and nightlife experiences, invites Las Vegas locals and visitors to enjoy summer’s last long weekend with unforgettable drinks, dining and celebration for Labor Day weekend from Thursday, Aug. 28 to Monday, Sept. 1. With events ranging from brunch specials to dancing late into the night, there’s something for everyone looking to enjoy the waning summer season.

Aria Resort & Casino
Easy’s Cocktail Lounge, the emerald speakeasy hidden within the highly lauded Proper Eats Food Hall at ARIA Resort & Casino, will celebrate Labor Day Weekend with a lineup of live performances for those looking for a sultry escape. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Reservations can be made online here.
- On Thursday, Aug. 28, Justin Carder’s JC Trio will showcase their eclectic repertoire and soul-stirring performances, serenading audiences with tunes that evoke nostalgia and passion.
- On Friday, Aug. 29, Shaun Degraff and the Shaun Degraff Trio bring their music skills to Easy’s, blending contemporary hits with the eternal charm of blues, jazz, and vintage ’50s sounds.
- On Saturday, Aug. 30, powerhouse ’70s retro pop/funk/soul band Stone Fox, led by Las Vegas native Rockie Brown, will bring the nostalgia and groove to Easy’s with a setlist of favorite hits.
- On Sunday, Aug. 31, Kaipo Kapua, a rising star in the Pacific Island music scene with a distinctive voice and a talent for crafting catchy hooks, and the Kaipo Kapua Trio will give a performance that will stay with you long after the night is over.

Proper Eats Food Hall, the collection of highly sought-after imports, will raise a glass to the holiday weekend with endless draft beer, priced at $24 per person, for a limited two hours. Available from 11 a.m. to close on Saturday, Aug. 30, through Monday, Sept. 1, the draft beer special is reserved for guests seated in the Proper Bar area of Proper Eats and includes all brews on tap.
Starting Saturday, Aug. 30, Proper Eats will celebrate the start of college football with an all-you-can-eat “Ultimate Tailgate” package, priced at $59. The package will only be available to guests seated in the Proper Bar area, and food orders will be taken in increments of two. Guests will be limited to three hours, and everyone at a table must participate in the offer; all beverages will be sold separately. The package will include unlimited eats at nearly all Proper Eats’ concepts, including Parm Famous Italian, Wexler’s Deli, Seoul Bird, Pizzaoki and Happy Leaf. Temaki can be added for an additional $20 per person. Proper Eats is open daily at 7 a.m.
Caesars Palace

Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar, Clique Hospitality’s elegant caviar bar and rebellious live music speakeasy at Caesars Palace, is stacking its Labor Day lineup with rockin’ themed nights and live performances. The cocktail lounge is open Monday-Thursday from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. and Friday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Reservations can be made online here.
- Starting at 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28, guests can weigh anchor and come to port at Caspian’s as the lounge embarks on a night of retro glam and smooth grooves. Radical West takes the stage, setting sail on a sea of breezy rhythms featuring hits from Christopher Cross, Steely Dan, The Doobie Brothers, Kenny Loggins and more.
- Starting at 10:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, Justin Carder and the Southern Language take over Caspian’s for a night of covers ranging from rock to country.
- On Saturday, Aug. 30, Indie Florentino will fill Caspian’s with an electrifying energy with their signature dynamic performances, tight grooves, impressive solos, and audience engagement.
- Starting at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 31, Caspian completes their Labor Day Weekend celebration with a trip back in time to the 80s for a glamorous neon-lit night of big hair, big sounds, and big vibes. Neon Knights will keep the evening rockin’ with favorite anthems from Bowie to Bon Jovi in a glow-in-the-dark wonderland lit by glowsticks and neon decor galore.
Durango Casino & Resort

Bel-Aire Backyard, the chic oasis at Durango Casino & Resort, will dive into luxury during the long holiday weekend. Bel-Aire Backyard is open daily 10 a.m. to sunset (weather permitting). Reservations can be made here.
- Starting on Friday, Aug. 29, Bel-Aire Backyard will be transformed into a vibrant tropical luau with the return of Aloha Friday. Guests can experience live island music, traditional Polynesian dancing, and a delicious pop-up dining experience from Durango’s Eat Your Heart Out Hall of Foods’ Ai Pono Café to create an immersive escape into island culture without leaving Las Vegas.
- On Sunday, Aug. 31, The Breakfast Club, an experience in partnership with Durango’s Eat Your Heart Out Food Hall, returns. A coffee shop pop-up with We Da Beat DJs, all ages are invited to participate in the morning, with the party turning into a 21+ destination poolside in the afternoon, unless a hotel guest or has a cabana reservation.
- On Monday, Sept. 1, guests can relive those field glory days with adult twists on backyard party-style games and competitions as well as featured drinks from Flecha Azul tequila and Red Bull. Plus, a specialty chill zone, including cold plunges, to cool off.

The party will move over to Bel-Aire Lounge. This chic cocktail bar seamlessly blends sophistication with high energy and old-school glamor with contemporary flair, after the sun goes down, with elevated cocktails, mouthwatering bites, and danceworthy tracks from some of Las Vegas’ hottest DJs. Bel-Aire Lounge is open Monday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to late. Reservations can be made here.

Mijo Modern Mexican transports guests to coastal Mexico with its tantalizing flavors on Saturday, Aug. 30, and Sunday, Aug. 31. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., guests can experience an extraordinary brunch designed for relaxing with friends, spending time with family, or treating themselves to a delightful feast. Brunch options include $25 bottomless mimosas, micheladas and spritzes as well as a menu bursting with flavor, honoring the rich culinary traditions of Mexico while infusing modern twists. Guests may choose from breakfast staples like the savory chilaquiles, featuring corn tortilla chips, tomatillo salsa, fried eggs, avocado, and cotija cheese; or indulge in the fluffy churro French toast, prepared with Brioche bread, tres leches custard, fresh strawberry, guava syrup, and horchata icing. Also available is the sizzling fajitas plate, serving up Mijo’s signature carne asada, marinated chicken, or blackened shrimp fajitas; and the chicken suiza enchilada, featuring slow-cooked chicken, tomatillo salsa, and melted Oaxaca and Monterrey jack cheese. Wax Rabbit, the secret speakeasy tucked away behind Mijo’s main dining area, offers an intimate escape into a world of craft cocktails and timeless allure for an ideal nightcap. Guests may experience cutting-edge mixology paired with the rich flavors of classic cocktails with Mexico’s finest spirits. At the same time, Selectors bring the intimate lounge to life by spinning vinyl records that set a nostalgic mood starting at 9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 29, and Saturday, Aug. 30.
