Local butcher-and-steakhouse favorite Echo & Rig Butcher & Steakhouse is making holiday entertaining effortless this year with a full chef-prepared Thanksgiving feast available for pre-order and pick-up. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone who wants a top-tier holiday meal without the extensive prep work.
Feast Details
- The centerpiece of the package is a 14–16 pound whole turkey from Diestel Family Ranch — seasoned, stuffed and buttered by the Echo & Rig team, delivered “oven-ready” so you complete the cooking at home.
- The order serves 6–8 people, and includes eight sides that are fully cooked and need to be reheated: traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, brown sugar yams, roasted autumn vegetables, dinner rolls (1 dozen), and a pumpkin pie.
- à la carte add-ons are available: half and whole turkeys, additional pies (pumpkin, apple), and individual sides.
- Pick-up is available at the Echo & Rig Tivoli Village location on Wednesday, 11/26, between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., or Thursday, 11/27, between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Scheduling of the 15-minute pick-up window is required via the website.
- New for this year: flexible pick-up-time scheduling right on the website for a smoother holiday flow.
