February brings a month of high-volume cocktails and a Valentine’s night fueled by rock anthems
Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar, Clique Hospitality’s caviar bar and live music speakeasy at Caesars Palace, will turn up the volume in February with a rock ’n’ roll twist on classic cocktails with a Def Leppard-inspired menu and a Valentine’s Day escape for those seeking refuge from romance starting at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14. Reservations are highly encouraged and can be made online at Caspian’s website.
Rock fans who want to start the party early or continue with a post-show encore can find libations inspired by the iconic band’s catalog and the energy surrounding the residency. The featured menu, available on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, includes Pour Some Sugar on Me, made with Haku vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice and sparkling wine; Bringin’ on the Heartbreak, made with Absolut Elyx vodka, espresso and Mr. Black Coffee liqueur; or Hysteria, made with Código Blanco tequila, Fever Tree grapefruit soda and lime juice. All cocktails are priced at $20. Guests can take their drink to rock star status by adding caviar-stuffed olives for $15, a signature Caspian’s indulgence that keeps the night equal parts decadent and defiant.

On Saturday, Feb. 14, Caspian’s welcomes couples, the romantically unbothered and rock fans alike for “Love Bites,” a night built on loud anthems, moody glamour and no rules on refined. Headlined by Las Vegas performer Michael Richter, the evening pairs live rock-driven entertainment with the lounge’s signature menu, remixing familiar classics into bold, modern libations.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday-Thursday, and from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday-Sunday, with the kitchen closing at 10 p.m. nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
