Guests can begin the evening with Tomatencremesuppe, a creamy tomato soup topped with croutons and chives, or Gebackener Tortenbrie, golden-fried breaded brie served with a spring salad bouquet and finished with fried parsley and cranberries.

For the main course, couples can indulge in the show-stopping Valentine’s Tower, a three-tiered feast featuring beef tenderloin with green peppercorn sauce and French fries, Shrimp Provençale with angel hair pasta, and grilled chicken breast accompanied by rosemary jus, spätzle and spring vegetables. Another tempting option is Frische Schweins Hax’n, a crispy pork shank served with Hofbräu dark beer gravy, green cabbage bacon salad, bread and potato dumpling.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with homemade Nutella crepes, paired with a fresh strawberry salad and vanilla ice cream. To toast to love, guests can enjoy the Valentine’s Day signature cocktail, Liebestrank Nr. 9, a romantic blend of vodka, lemonade, Chambord and raspberry purée, garnished with lemon and served in a 15-ounce Hurricane glass.

The Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas is the first German/Bavarian beer hall and restaurant in Las Vegas, offering a true Bavarian beer hall experience that is more than just a dining adventure.
