Nobu at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas has officially launched Sunday brunch, now available weekly. The new offering invites guests to enjoy Nobu’s signature blend of elevated Japanese cuisine every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The brunch experience features a curated $65 prix fixe menu, which can be viewed here.
