Free Fourth Annual Art U Ok? Wellness Festival March 21

Everyone is invited to the fourth annual Art U Ok? Wellness Festival on Saturday, March 21, from 12 to 6 p.m. at the Las Vegas Civic Center outdoor plaza in downtown Las Vegas. The free event is open to all ages at 525 S. Main St. Event parking is available across the street at the 500 S. Main St. parking garage for $6. 

Bring the family to enjoy a rejuvenating day under the sun. Learn about self-care through the arts and mental health resources. Enjoy live music, performances, a curated art and resource fair, sound baths, guided meditation sessions, wellness vendors and delicious food for sale. Food trucks expected include Tacos La Estrancia, Venila Creamery and Sipp Coffee Café. 

Begin your ART U OK? experience with one of the 15 free workshops offered all day. 

     Other highlights include:

  • A special acoustic performance by Otherwise
  • A performance by “Shoulder to Shoulder” veteran Bobby Gipson
  • Performances by local bands X-Flowers and School of Rock
  • Special guest speaker Mai Tran from Carelon Behavioral Health of Nevada
  • Crisis response team members and other guest speakers
  • More than 30 participating Nevada resources, including Roseman University Genesis, Inspiring Children’s Foundation, Life by Music, Love Yourself Foundation and the Veterans Advocacy Council
  • Local artists will be there painting and sharing their creative experiences, including Nancy Good and Dray.
