Weeklong $2 Specials April 20-25
Early Birds will celebrate its second anniversary with a weeklong promotion from April 20-25, featuring a lineup of $2 specials, nostalgic brunch favorites and seasonal spring menu offerings. Designed as a thank-you to the community that has supported the concept since day one, the celebration invites guests to experience the restaurant’s signature energy, playful menu and all-day brunch atmosphere, while raising a glass to two years of brunch and community.
Throughout the week, guests can enjoy $2 mimosas and lattes, served hot or iced, alongside $2 mini pancakes in lemon poppy and birthday cake flavors. Families can also take advantage of a special dine-in offer: children ages 12 and under eat for $2 from the kids’ menu with the purchase of an adult entrée.
In addition to the anniversary specials, guests are encouraged to explore Early Birds’ spring seasonal menu, available through June. The limited-time lineup features playful, indulgent beverages, including:
- Dirty Bird: Early Birds’ take on a dirty soda made with espresso mixed with smooth cream and French vanilla, topped with Coke for a bold, sweet and slightly rebellious pick-me-up.
- Iced Vanilla Protein Matcha: Premium matcha mixed with vanilla, protein and milk for a creamy, lightly sweet iced drink with an extra boost.
- Black Cherry Iced Chai: Iced chai with black cherry and black cherry cold foam on top. Sweet, spiced and a little dramatic, just like brunch should be.
- Fruity Pebbles Latte: Tastes like the cereal milk from your childhood, but with espresso, so you can still “adult” afterward.
Also returning by popular demand is the Oreo Pancake, delivering a decadent, over-the-top brunch treat.
Since opening in April 2024, Early Birds has become known for its inventive approach to breakfast and brunch, offering signature pancakes like Lemon Poppy, Go Coconuts, and S’More What?, alongside a wide range of savory selections including omelets, benedicts, breakfast sandwiches and house specialties such as Breakfast Fried Rice and the Griddle Griddle Sandwich. The beverage program has also garnered attention for its artisan coffee drinks, smoothies and brunch-forward cocktails, including rotating creations like the Cereal Cocktail of the Week.
