Las Vegas’ drag community is ready to raise a glass and turn up the glamour as Glitz, Glamour & BOOZE celebrates its first anniversary Thursday, Oct. 1, at Seven Sins Lounge inside Silver Sevens Hotel & Casino.
Hosted by Las Vegas drag performer and entertainer Angelique Roberts, the free 21-and-over celebration brings together some of the city’s LGBTQ+ entertainment talent for an evening of drag, music, cocktails, games and plenty of personality.
The anniversary lineup features performances by Fanny D. Pack, Victoria S. Mateo and Taeya Mimosa, with DJ Ashley Q providing the soundtrack.
The evening begins with cocktail hour at 7 p.m., giving guests time to grab a drink and settle in before the drag show takes the stage at 8 p.m. Between performances, guests can join in interactive games and prize giveaways while DJ Ashley Q keeps the party moving.
Meet the Queens
Fanny D. Pack is a familiar face on Las Vegas’ LGBTQ+ entertainment scene, regularly hosting and performing at venues throughout the city, including Badlands and The Phoenix. Her Las Vegas credits include a variety of drag productions and community events, making her a natural addition to the anniversary celebration.
Taeya Mimosa brings a combination of drag performance and costume design to the stage. Her work has been featured in local productions including Circus Fierce and other LGBTQ+ events around Las Vegas. Known for her creative approach and distinctive visual style, Mimosa adds another colorful dimension to the evening’s lineup.
Victoria S. Mateo, a Las Vegas-based drag performer known for high-energy performances, rounds out the featured cast. Together, the three entertainers will bring their individual performance styles and personalities to Seven Sins Lounge as “Glitz Glamour & BOOZE” marks a year of celebrating Las Vegas’ drag and LGBTQ+ entertainment community.
Of course, there will be booze.
Guests who want to keep the cocktails flowing can purchase $25 all-you-can-drink wristbands, available both in advance and at the door. The wristbands cover all-you-can-drink beverages throughout the event.
With its combination of drag, DJs, cocktails, games and giveaways, the anniversary celebration offers a chance for regulars and newcomers alike to experience the personality-driven entertainment that makes Las Vegas’ LGBTQ+ nightlife such a vibrant part of the city.
