UnCommons will bring a dynamic lineup of events and experiences to its 40-acre campus throughout September, including the JASHN South Asian Festival, artisan markets, wellness programming and weekly gatherings. The lineup will spotlight local vendors, live entertainment and community-focused experiences across the campus.

Upcoming Events
- Market in the Alley: Saturday, Sept. 5
- From 5 to 10 p.m. in The Quad, UnCommons will host more than 40 local vendors at its monthly Market in the Alley. Visitors may shop unique art, clothing, jewelry, delicious treats and more from local creators and small businesses.
- JASHN South Asia Festival: Saturday, Sept. 12
- From 5 to 10 p.m., UnCommons will welcome JASHN, a one-of-a-kind South Asian night market celebrating food, fashion, art, music and culture. The evening will feature food vendors, curated shopping, a chai rave and interactive cultural experiences, bringing the community together for a vibrant celebration of South Asian culture and creativity.
- Paddock Auto Oasis: Friday, Sept. 25
- From 6 to 9 p.m., Paddock Auto Club will host Paddock Auto Oasis, an elevated automotive and social experience where car culture meets community connection. The free monthly event will showcase a curated lineup of timeless classics and modern marvels, set to a laid-back atmosphere with curated music, great energy and plenty of room for conversations among locals, creatives and car enthusiasts. Guests can explore the display, enjoy bites and drinks from UnCommons restaurants and, for those looking to enhance the evening, upgrade to the Social Reserved experience for $10, which includes extended happy hours and exclusive offers from AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop, Todo Bien, Wineaux, General Admission and Salt & Straw. - Taco-Taco Club at General Admission
- Starting at 7 p.m. every Tuesday, General Admission will offer buy-one-get-one-free tacos, along with a lineup of specialty cocktails and a DJ spinning Latin tunes.
- UnCommons Unwind
- From 6 to 7 a.m. every Wednesday, Unwind will invite guests to the rooftop of Parking Structure 3 for sunrise wellness sessions led by The Good Place. Each class pairs guided movement with live DJ sets and panoramic rooftop views, alongside pop-ups from UnCommons tenants like Blue Bottle Coffee. Complimentary and open to guests 18 and older, attendees are encouraged to bring a mat, towel and water. Guests can register in advance here.
- Trivia Wednesdays at General Admission
- From 7 to 9 p.m. every Wednesday, guests can put their knowledge to the test at General Admission’s trivia night. With free entry and exciting prizes up for grabs, it’s a great midweek challenge for trivia buffs and casual players alike.
- Girl Dinner at General Admission
- From 8 to 10 p.m. every Thursday, General Admission will host Girl Dinner, an elevated dining experience paired with R&B vibes by DJ Nino. Guests may enjoy a curated menu featuring a martini, salad, pasta and dessert, priced at $29. Groups of five or more will receive a complimentary bottle of champagne, creating the perfect setting for a night out with friends.
- UnCommons In Tune
- From 6 to 9 p.m. every Friday and Saturday, UnCommons will host In Tune in The Quad, featuring a rotating lineup of local musicians performing in an acoustic, intimate setting. Guests can enjoy live music while dining at nearby restaurants or while exploring the property. Admission is complimentary and open to the public.
- R&B After Dark at General Admission
- Starting at 8 p.m. every Friday and Saturday, General Admission brings late-night energy with R&B favorites spun by local Djs.
- Farmers Market Sundays at UnCommons
- From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Sunday, the Las Vegas Farmers Market offers fresh seasonal produce, handcrafted gifts, fresh-baked goods, locally made sauces and more from local vendors. This weekly event gives visitors a chance to support local farmers and artisans while enjoying a vibrant, community-focused experience.

- Salt & Straw
- Salt & Straw has introduced the Tacolate Milkshake, available through Sunday, Sept. 7. Inspired by the fan-favorite Tacolate collaboration, the limited-time milkshake blends Cinnamon Snickerdoodle ice cream with a Tacolate and is finished with chocolate drizzle, whipped cream, wildberry sugar dusting and half a Tacolate topper.
- AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop
- AMARI Italian Kitchen & Wine Shop has expanded its daily hours and refreshed its menu from acclaimed chef Nicole Brisson. The neighborhood Italian destination is now open seven days a week for seated lunch service beginning at noon, with happy hour extended daily from 3 to 6:30 p.m. in the bar, lounge and patio, alongside daily takeout and delivery available from noon to close. New menu additions include a 120-day dry-aged ribeye for two, marsala beef cheek ravioli, ricotta agnolotti, and Skuna Bay salmon, alongside signature favorites such as lumache bolognese, squid ink campanelle, and wood-fired pizzas, including the spicy calabrese and mushroom fontina with optional black winter truffle. - Wineaux’ signature wine club, The Wineaux Club, will take members on a tasteful adventure with two subscription options, each featuring new discoveries and a prestigious selection. - Heights Wellness Retreat
- Heights Wellness Retreat offers whole-body wellness with services designed to support physical, mental and emotional well-being. The wellness destination is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
