Caviar is a food consisting of salt-cured roe of the family Acipenseridae, is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or spread. Traditionally, the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea.

Created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Shawn McClain, Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel and Richard and Sarah Camarota, Wineaux brings a passionately curated wine bar and retail experience to Las Vegas at UnCommons. Guided by Wineaux’s expert staff, the collection is designed to encourage wine exploration for the seasoned collector as well as those new to wine collecting. Chef Dan Krohmer opened Other Mama in March 2015, bringing his extensive experience and
