Join us at The LGBTQ+ Center for a special screening of “And Then They Came for Us,” a powerful documentary featuring George Takei that explores the forced incarceration of Japanese Americans during World War II and the importance of remembering our history to protect our future.
Popcorn and drinks will be provided, plus stay after the film for a community discussion as we reflect on the film’s message together.
The film will be shown at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 16 at The LGBTQ+ Center, 401 S. Maryland Parkway, in partnership with ACLU Nevada & The LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce of Southern Nevada
