Get ready for a night of memories and old childhood crushes as Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar, Clique Hospitality’s new caviar bar and live music speakeasy at Caesars Palace, brings in 2000s heartthrob Drake Bell to host Caviar Karaoke on Wednesday, Sept. 17. To take Caviar Karaoke to a new level, actor and musician Drake Bell is set to host the karaoke session as well as perform his own original songs, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of memories. Backed by the Justin Carder Karaoke Band, guests can take this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to perform in front of Bell as he hypes up the crowd. Bell’s will include covers and original tracks, plus a few additional surprises.
While living out their rockstar dreams, guests can relive the joy of classic snacks reimagined with Caspian’s signature Chips & Dip, Original Pringles paired with French onion dip, chives, and a decadent topping of white sturgeon caviar, priced at $20. Or bite into the Mini Maine Lobster Rolls, a fresh lobster salad topped with white sturgeon caviar, all nestled inside a buttered brioche bun, priced at $38. The caviar-themed food bites pair well with the speakeasy’s libations, including the sweet and tangy Strawberry Muse, made with strawberry-infused Tanqueray 10 Gin, aperol, lemon, simple syrup, and bitters; or the refreshing and powerful Citrus Ember, made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, Campari, honey, lime and Fever-Tree ginger beer, among others.
The cocktail lounge at Caspian’s is open from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Sunday, with the kitchen closing at midnight nightly. The live music speakeasy is open from 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. Tuesday through Sunday.
