Put on those chaps, cowboy hats and sexy boots for the 39th Aid For Aids of Nevada (AFAN) Annual Black & White Party on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Kaos Nightclub Inside Palms Casino Resort. The signature fundraising event supports AFAN’s year-round services for individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Nevada.

Hosted by Fredric Godinez and Alexander Stabler (Fredric Alexander), the Wild West Theme will feature live entertainment, curated culinary experiences, western interactive activations and photo opportunities, and a celebration of community, fashion, and advocacy. Guests are encouraged to dress in the signature black and white western or cowboy fashion to raise funds and awareness for AFAN’s mission to end the HIV stigma and ensure equitable access to care and prevention.

Aid for aids of Nevada (AFAN) was founded in 1984 and is the oldest and largest aids service organization in the state of Nevada. 2025 marks AFAN’s 41st anniversary of practicing its unyielding commitment to the community by providing unparalleled health expertise, support and advocacy for adults and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Nevada.
