Charleston Peak Winery Uncorks Father’s Day Pairings
Charleston Peak Winery invites guests to celebrate Father’s Day weekend on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, with curated wine and charcuterie pairings alongside scenic vineyard views and award-winning Nevada wines just outside Las Vegas.
Throughout Father’s Day weekend, on Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21, guests may explore a curated pairing menu featuring Charleston Peak wines alongside artisan cheeses and charcuterie from AMARI Italian Kitchen. Recommended pairings will include sauvignon blanc or Leftbank Blend paired with Gorgonzola Dolce; Symphony Peak or Desert Moon paired with Fontina; Symphony Moon or Amargosa Blend paired with Parmigiano Reggiano; rosé of zinfandel or Amargosa Blend paired with coppa; chardonnay or Leftbank Blend paired with Toscano salami; and riesling or Desert Moon paired with calabrese.
